In a qualitative step towards consolidating the digital transformation of government services, His Excellency Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police, launched the digital reporting platform, part of the "Digital Link" project, in cooperation with Sheikh Khalifa Medical City. The launch was attended by His Excellency Khamis Saleh Al Mansouri, CEO of Sheikh Khalifa Medical City; His Excellency Brigadier Abdullah Saif Al Matrooshi, Director General of the General Department of Police Operations; and Brigadier Abdullah bin Saeed Al Nuaimi, Director of the External Police Stations Department, along with a number of senior officers and officials from both sides. Captain Rashid bin Hamdan Al Nuaimi and Captain Abdul Aziz bin Sultan Al Nuaimi presented a live demonstration of the platform's working mechanism to the attendees, explaining the technical advantages and digital functions it provides to facilitate the user experience and expedite procedures in an innovative manner. This launch is a true reflection of the UAE government's efforts to eliminate bureaucracy and activate digital integration between entities, achieving the goals of the "We the Emirates 2031" vision and the Emirates Program for Excellence in Government Services, which aims to provide pioneering digital services that exceed expectations and meet future needs. His Excellency the Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police emphasized that the launch of the digital platform reflects the leadership's commitment to providing digital services focused on speed and efficiency. He noted that the platform provides a direct and secure connection between Ajman Police and Sheikh Khalifa Medical City, contributing to facilitating and accelerating the procedures for issuing medical reports related to criminal and police cases. The platform has reduced the steps required to issue reports from four to just two, and reduced the processing time from ten minutes to two, a qualitative shift that enhances customer satisfaction and happiness. His Excellency Khamis Saleh Al Mansouri praised this fruitful cooperation, emphasizing that the partnership between the two institutions contributes to achieving effective government integration, enhancing the efficiency of both health and security services, and positively impacting the quality of life in the Emirate of Ajman. At the conclusion of the inauguration, the two parties exchanged commemorative shields. Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi affirmed that Ajman Police is continuing to launch advanced digital initiatives and projects that enhance the level of services and meet customer expectations, in line with the Ministry of Interior's strategy for digital leadership and enhancing the quality of life for the community.
