Ajman Police enhance swimming skills among future police students
The Ajman Police General Command continued its efforts to prepare a qualified generation of
youth as part of the Future Police Program. The program organized specialized training sessions
to teach participants swimming skills, with the aim of enhancing their physical fitness and
developing their personal capabilities.
This training falls within the framework of Ajman Police's commitment to instilling values of
self-reliance and developing safety and rescue skills among participants, under the supervision of
qualified trainers and in compliance with the highest standards of security and safety.
Lieutenant Colonel Mohammed Rashid Al Jarwan Al Shamsi, Head of the Ajman Police
Training Center, emphasized that swimming is one of the essential skills for a security officer,
given its importance in performing field duties and protecting lives in emergency situations. He
noted that the program aims to make productive use of participants' time during the summer
vacation and foster a sense of discipline and responsibility.
This initiative was well received by parents, who commended Ajman Police's efforts in
nurturing and developing their children's skills, providing them with practical experience that
contributes to preparing them to become effective members of the public in serving their
country and community.
