Masfout Comprehensive Police Station Continues to Host "A Summer Without Accidents" Campaign
As part of Ajman Police's commitment to enhancing traffic safety and reducing accidents during the summer, Masfout
Comprehensive Police Station held a traffic awareness session as part of the "A Summer Without Accidents" campaign.
The station focused on educating drivers about the importance of conducting periodic checks on light and heavy
vehicles, checking tires and cooling systems, and ensuring the validity of brakes and oils. This is to avoid sudden
breakdowns and accidents that may result from high temperatures.
Major Abdul Rahman Hayi Al Kaabi, Head of Masfout Comprehensive Police Station, explained that this campaign is
part of a series of awareness initiatives implemented by the Ajman Police General Command, in line with its strategic
objectives to make roads safer and achieve the highest levels of traffic safety for road users.
The campaign also included the distribution of guidebooks and awareness leaflets to drivers across the region, in
addition to organizing face-to-face meetings to educate the public about safe driving rules, the importance of adhering
to speed limits, and not being distracted while driving. He pointed out that the public's participation and response to
awareness messages reflects their awareness and commitment to adhering to traffic regulations. He emphasized that
prevention begins with the driver himself, through early vehicle inspection and full compliance with traffic rules.
