Ajman Police continue their traffic and community efforts to ensure a safe and distinguished school year.
The Ajman Police General Command continues its intensive efforts with the start of the new 2025-2026
academic year, through a series of traffic and community initiatives aimed at enhancing student safety and
providing a safe learning environment. This initiative is in line with the Ministry of Interior's directives to
support quality of life and ensure community security.
The Traffic and Patrols Department organized awareness lectures at several public and private schools in the
emirate. These lectures addressed the most important traffic safety rules for students, such as safe road
crossing, adhering to bus seats, and avoiding distractions while driving. The lectures also highlighted the role
of teachers and parents in educating and protecting children from traffic hazards.
As part of strengthening community partnerships, the Ajman Police Community Police participated in an
event at Al Rashidiya and Al Alam Parks to mark the new academic year. They presented souvenirs and
awareness brochures to students and parents in a welcoming atmosphere that reflects Ajman Police's
commitment to instilling positive values in young people from the first day of school. Both the Al Hamidiya
Comprehensive Police Station and the Al Jurf Comprehensive Police Station also implemented community
initiatives by distributing school supplies to students, aiming to support them morally and encourage them to
excel. This reflects the Ajman Police General Command's commitment to its humanitarian role alongside its
security role.
Ajman Police confirms that these efforts complement the traffic plan, which includes increasing police patrols
around schools and regulating traffic during morning and evening rush hours. This ensures smooth traffic
flow and enhances the safety of students, parents, and faculty.
