Director General of Police Operations Praises Excellence in Al Jurf Comprehensive Police Station Services

Brigadier Abdullah Saif Al Matroushi, Director General of Police Operations at Ajman Police, praised the excellent customer service at Al Jurf Comprehensive Police Station. He emphasized that the station is advanced in its use of smart signals, reflecting the Ajman Police General Command's commitment to improving the quality of "Red-Red" services and customer satisfaction. This was despite the station being different from the other station. He was accompanied by Colonel Saeed Khalifa Katbi, Deputy Director of the Comprehensive Police Stations Department, and Lieutenant Colonel Mohammed Al Shaali, Head of Al Jurf Comprehensive Police Station. This reflects the outstanding application of a Commander-in-Chief who closely monitors the progress of work and identifies development and modernization needs. The Director of Operations began his visit by inspecting the reception desks at Al Jurf Police Station, praising the excellence of the security, traffic, and community services provided to all residents within the station's jurisdiction. He also commended the dedication, expertise, and competence of the reception staff in receiving visitors, meeting their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction and happiness. He also highlighted the smart aspects of the center and praised the efforts made to develop services using the latest electronic technologies. He emphasized the speed and accuracy of services, which undoubtedly contribute to improving the quality of life and enhancing the reputation of Ajman Police as a leading provider of police services. At the conclusion of the tour, Brigadier Abdullah and Saif Al Matrooshi held a meeting with officers from the Al Jurf Comprehensive Police Station. They praised the standards followed and the commitment of the senior leadership of the Administrative Control Department and work procedures to supervising and monitoring their implementation.
