Ajman Police Chief Commends the Excellence Achieved Through the Efforts of the Strategy and Performance Development Department

As part of the Ajman Police General Command's commitment to monitoring institutional performance and implementing the highest standards of quality and excellence, His Excellency Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police, inspected the Strategy and Performance Development Department. He was accompanied by His Excellency Brigadier Sultan Khalifa Al Muhairi, Director General of Resources and Support Services. This inspection was part of the annual Commander-in- Chief's inspection program, which aims to review work procedures and identify development and modernization needs. His Excellency was received by Lieutenant Colonel Mohammed bin Hazim Al Suwaidi, Deputy Director of the Strategy and Performance Development Department, and several officers. During the tour, His Excellency visited the department's various sections, including the Strategic Planning Section, the Partnership Unit, and the Complaints and Suggestions Branch. He reviewed their operational mechanisms and the procedures of the electronic complaints and suggestions system, in addition to monitoring indicators related to institutional performance quality. His Excellency praised the tremendous efforts of the Strategy Department in achieving excellence and global leadership, which have earned it numerous local and international awards. He emphasized that these achievements reflect the department's commitment to quality standards and institutional excellence, and embody Ajman Police's vision of security and community leadership. His Excellency also visited the Customer Happiness Department and commended the outstanding efforts made to enhance customer satisfaction by providing exceptional services that exceed public trust and satisfaction expectations. He stressed the importance of developing initiatives that further increase customer and public satisfaction. At the conclusion of the visit, His Excellency the Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police praised the efforts of all employees in the Strategy and Performance Development Department and their dedication to performing their duties as a unified team. He affirmed that these achievements reflect the department's commitment to quality standards and institutional excellence, and wished them continued success in their police work.
