Parking permit service for people with disabilities in one step via the Ajman Police app

Ajman Police General Command has launched a service allowing people with disabilities to easily obtain parking permits in just one step through the Ajman Police smart application. This initiative is part of efforts to eliminate bureaucracy and streamline government procedures. Colonel Abdullah Humaid Al Matroushi, Deputy Director of the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department, explained that the service is now fully digital, eliminating the need to visit a center. Users can complete the application in minutes by accessing the application and uploading a photo of their disability card, after which the permit will be issued instantly. The Deputy Director emphasized that this service saves time and effort, reflecting Ajman Police's commitment to providing proactive services that cater to the needs of people with disabilities, offering them a seamless and safe experience that enhances their quality of life and contributes to their well-being. This step aligns with Ajman Police's strategy to develop its smart services system and facilitate access to these services anytime, anywhere, in accordance with the emirate's vision of building an inclusive society with flexible and efficient government services.
