Ajman Police General Command announces the temporary closure of Rashid Bin Abdul Aziz Street in Al Rashidiya (2) area, as part of expansion and development works, in cooperation with the Municipality and Planning Department, starting from January 20, 2026 for a period of three months, and includes the section extending from Falcon Towers to the Gulf Bridge intersection. Lieutenant Colonel Rashid Humaid Bin Hindi, Deputy Director of the Traffic and Patrols Department at Ajman Police, explained that the expansion and development works are part of plans to widen the street, develop the infrastructure, and improve the efficiency of the road network in the emirate. This will contribute to smoother traffic flow and enhance the safety of road users. The Deputy Director of the Traffic and Patrols Department urged drivers to adhere to the announced traffic diversions, follow directional signs, and use alternative routes during the closure period. He emphasized Ajman Police's commitment to taking all necessary measures to ensure the safety of road users and minimize any potential traffic disruptions.
