The Director General of Resources and Support Services at Ajman Police praises the quality of services provided at the Masfout Comprehensive Police Station.

His Excellency Brigadier Sultan Khalifa Al Muhairi, Director General of Resources and Support Services at Ajman Police, praised the quality of services provided at the Masfout Comprehensive Police Station. This came after the station achieved positive performance indicators reflecting its commitment to providing proactive and smart police services that enhance customer experience, improve quality of life, and strengthen community security in the Masfout area. This came during an inspection tour His Excellency conducted at the station, where he was received by Colonel Saeed Khalifa Al Ketbi, Deputy Director of the Comprehensive Police Stations Department; Colonel Khalil Ibrahim Al Hammadi, Deputy Director of the External Police Stations Department; Major Abdul Rahman Hayi Al Kaabi, Head of the Masfout Comprehensive Police Station; and a number of officers. During the tour, the Director General of Resources and Support Services reviewed the workflow in the Criminal Investigation and Security Information branches. He also reviewed the mechanism for receiving, reviewing, and transferring reports. He further inspected the Traffic and Patrols branch, the Driver Testing Services Office, and the Customer Service Unit. He reviewed the community issues handled by the branch, their nature, and the procedures for addressing them, commending the high level of service provided to customers. At the end of the tour, His Excellency Brigadier Sultan Khalifa Al Muhairi held a meeting with the officers, during which he provided guidance and recommendations regarding what had been reviewed, emphasizing the importance of developing work systems and enhancing the quality of performance through updating processes and procedures, wishing them success and good fortune in their professional careers.
