AJP AI Smart Platform Achieves Outstanding Success in Responding to Customer Inquiries Quickly and Accurately

The AJP AI smart platform, launched by the Ajman Police General Command to respond to non-urgent customer inquiries via the number 800901, has achieved remarkable success since its launch. It has significantly contributed to accelerating service delivery and enhancing customer satisfaction. Colonel Hisham Abdullah Boushahab, Director of Operations at Ajman Police, explained that the platform was developed using the latest artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to provide immediate and accurate responses. The response time for written and voice inquiries does not exceed a few seconds, reflecting the system's efficiency and speed in processing requests around the clock without human intervention. He added that the platform has witnessed significant public interest, with 34,616 messages and inquiries sent and received since the service's launch. The number of customers successfully served has reached 4,626, confirming customer trust in the platform and their reliance on it for smart communication with Ajman Police. The Director of Operations at Ajman Police pointed out that the development of the platform not only focused on response speed but also included enhancing its integration with various service providers. A direct link was established between the response to inquiries and the electronic service links provided by external entities, enabling users to complete their transactions immediately without needing to search or navigate between platforms. Furthermore, the platform was linked to accredited insurance companies to provide information and services related to vehicle licensing and insurance, offering a seamless and integrated experience that saves time and effort. Colonel Hisham Boushahab emphasized that these results reflect the success of Ajman Police's digital transformation and its efforts to eliminate bureaucracy.
