Ajman Police launches "Take Care of Yourself" campaign to promote family awareness and reinforce safety and security concepts.
The General Headquarters of Ajman Police,
represented by the Media and Public Relations
Section, launched a community awareness
campaign titled “Take Care of Yourself” in
conjunction with the Year of the Family, with the
aim of enhancing awareness among family
members of all age groups and promoting positive
concepts related to security, safety, and quality of
life, thereby contributing to building informed
families and a safer, more stable society.
Major Mohammed Sultan Al Dhaheri, Head of the
Public Relations Branch at the Media and Public
Relations Section, affirmed that the campaign
comes in line with the UAE’s vision of supporting
the family as the fundamental pillar of a cohesive
and secure society. He noted that raising
awareness among family members enhances their
ability to face various challenges and risks and to
deal with them responsibly and with awareness.
He explained that the “Take Care of Yourself”
campaign includes a series of awareness
messages, educational programs, and community
activities targeting children, adolescents, youth,
parents, and senior citizens. The campaign
focuses on a variety of topics, including
community security, public safety, cybercrime
prevention, the dangers of drugs, road safety,
child protection, and the promotion of mental well-
being. These initiatives will be delivered through
diverse awareness content across digital
platforms, field activities, and various media
channels to ensure that the awareness messages
reach the widest possible segment of the
community.
Major Al Dhaheri added that Ajman Police is keen,
through this campaign, to strengthen community
partnership and promote a culture of prevention
as one of the key elements in preserving the
safety and security of society. He called on
community members to engage with the campaign
and benefit from its awareness content,
emphasizing that an informed family is the first
line of defense in protecting children and
enhancing community stability and quality of life.
