100% customer satisfaction rate for the service journey at the Vehicle and Driver Licensing Center for the first half of 2026

The Vehicle and Driver Licensing Services Center at Ajman Police General Headquarters achieved outstanding results during the first half of 2026, recording an overall service satisfaction rate of 99% and a 100% customer satisfaction rate per trip, according to the Customer Pulse Service Monitoring System indicators. This clearly demonstrates the center's commitment to improving customer experience and enhancing the quality of services provided. Statistics showed that the use of smart channels by customers remained at 96.28% of total completed transactions, compared to 96.35% for the same period in 2025. The total number of transactions executed through various channels during the first half of this year reached 131,189, compared to 122,689 transactions for the same period last year, representing an increase of over 6.9%. In this context, Major Ali Mohammed Al Nuaimi, Head of the Vehicle Licensing Department, stated that these positive indicators resulted from integrated efforts and the center's commitment to launching innovative initiatives that meet customer needs and enhance their satisfaction, in line with the wise leadership's directives to provide leading and proactive government services. Major Al Nuaimi explained that these results reflect the impact of the innovative initiatives launched by the center, most notably the "Smart Lounge" initiative, which allows services to be provided through smart channels within the center; the "Smart Robot," which enables customers to complete transactions without needing to go to the counters; the "Digital Parking Permit for People of Determination" initiative via the Ajman Police smart application; the "Smart Vehicle Inspection Track" initiative, which expedites procedures and reduces human intervention; and the "Customer Councils" initiative, which gathers feedback and improves services. For his part, Major Ali Al Nuaimi honored the employees, praising their efforts that contributed to achieving this outstanding result, which reflects the administration's commitment to providing high-quality services according to best practices and approved standards. He added that this recognition comes in appreciation of the employees' dedication and to motivate them to continue striving for excellence and innovation.
