Ajman Police Chief Commends Institutional Excellence Achievements and Appreciates the Efforts of the Strategy and Performance Development Department

As part of the Ajman Police General Command's commitment to monitoring institutional performance and enhancing the quality and excellence system, His Excellency Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police, accompanied by His Excellency Brigadier Sultan Khalifa Al Muhairi, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police, conducted an inspection visit to the Strategy and Performance Development Department. This visit was part of the annual Commander-in-Chief's inspection program, which aims to monitor workflow, assess performance levels, and identify needs for continuous development and improvement. His Excellency was received by Lieutenant Colonel Dr. Mohammed bin Hazim Al Suwaidi, Deputy Director of the Strategy and Performance Development Department, and several officers from the department. The inspection tour included the various sections of the department, where he reviewed the work mechanisms in the Strategic Planning Section, the Quality Section, the Institutional Excellence Section, the Happiness Section, the Complaints Branch, and the Partnerships Unit. He also received briefings on the most prominent tasks, initiatives, and results achieved in each section. Following the tour, a meeting was held to review key institutional achievements and results. These included results from participation in local and international awards, improvements in institutional performance, customer satisfaction initiatives, quality systems and institutional policies, work procedure development, the results of the suggestions system, mechanisms for handling customer complaints, and mechanisms for monitoring performance indicators in the "Enjaz" electronic system. His Excellency the Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police commended the department's outstanding efforts in developing institutional performance and enhancing service quality. He praised the innovative initiatives that have contributed to raising customer satisfaction and happiness levels, thereby strengthening public trust and aligning with the leadership's aspirations for providing proactive and distinguished government services. He emphasized the importance of continuing innovation and developing initiatives to achieve optimal results. His Excellency also praised the qualitative achievements made by the Strategy and Performance Development Department in the field of institutional excellence, which contributed to the Ajman Police General Command obtaining many local, regional and international awards, stressing that these achievements embody the culture of institutional excellence, reflect the efficiency of national cadres, and the commitment to applying the best global practices, which consolidates the position of Ajman Police as a leading model in government performance, security leadership and community.
