Ajman Police Organizes "Customer Council" to Enhance Participation in Service Development

The Ajman Police General Command organized a "Customer Council" at the Police Sports and Shooting Club. The event was attended by Captain Rashid Hamdan Al Nuaimi, Captain Saud Al Qara'a, and a number of officers and staff. The council hosted customers from all comprehensive police stations within the command, aiming to enhance direct communication and involve them in service development and improving their overall experience. This initiative was implemented by the Happiness Section within the Strategy and Performance Development Department. Captain Saud Al Qara'a, Head of the Happiness Section, stated that organizing the council reflects Ajman Police's commitment to fostering a culture of participation and listening to customer feedback. This is achieved through open and transparent dialogue about the services provided, understanding customer opinions, observations, and needs, and identifying opportunities for improvement that contribute to streamlining procedures and enhancing service levels to meet the aspirations of the community. He emphasized that the Customer Council represents a vital platform for direct communication with community members, enhancing the customer's role as an active partner in the service development journey. He noted that listening to experiences and field suggestions contributes to a deeper understanding of customer needs and the development of more accessible, flexible, and higher-quality solutions and services. For his part, Captain Rashid Hamdan Al Nuaimi, Director of the Investigation Branch at Al Nuaimiya Comprehensive Police Station, affirmed Ajman Police's commitment to utilizing the Council's outcomes, studying the presented observations and suggestions, and working to transform applicable development ideas into tangible improvement opportunities. This, he explained, enhances customer satisfaction and elevates the quality of their experience with police services. The Council witnessed interactive discussions between customers and staff regarding several services and related experiences. Participants presented a range of opinions and development proposals, while the importance of following up on the Council's outcomes and establishing clear mechanisms for implementing improvement opportunities and sharing the results was underscored. This supports the continuous development approach within Ajman Police.
