Ajman Police Chief Commends Vehicle and Driver Licensing Department's Achievements and Outstanding Services

His Excellency Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police, commended the outstanding achievements of the Vehicle and Driver Licensing Department in developing services and enhancing customer experience. He emphasized that the department's advanced results reflect its efficient performance and the dedication of its teams to providing high-quality services according to the highest standards of quality and excellence. This came during His Excellency's inspection of the Vehicle and Driver Licensing Department, as part of the Command's scheduled inspection program. He was accompanied by His Excellency Brigadier Sultan Khalifa Al Muhairi, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police, and was received by Major Ali Mohammed Al Nuaimi, Head of the Vehicle Licensing Section, and several officers from the department. During his tour, His Excellency the Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police reviewed the key results and indicators achieved by the Vehicle and Driver Licensing Services Center in 2025. The overall service satisfaction rate reached 99%, while customer satisfaction with the service journey reached 100%. The use of smart channels reached 96.5%, and the total number of transactions completed through various channels reached 627,339. His Excellency emphasized that achieving these results reflects the efforts made in developing the service system and leveraging modern technologies and smart solutions to simplify procedures and save time and effort for customers. He commended the staff for their efficiency, professionalism, and commitment to achieving the leadership's objectives in service quality and customer satisfaction. His Excellency also reviewed the workflow in the departments and branches, service delivery mechanisms, and the most prominent development initiatives and practices that contributed to enhancing performance efficiency and raising customer satisfaction levels. He stressed the importance of continuing innovation, developing proactive and digital services, and utilizing artificial intelligence capabilities to meet the aspirations of the community. At the end of the tour, His Excellency Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi praised the efforts of the officers, non- commissioned officers and employees in the Vehicle and Driver Licensing Department, calling for building on the achievements made and continuing to work in the spirit of one team to maintain levels of excellence and enhance the leadership of Ajman Police in providing leading government services.
