The Permanent Supreme Committee of Ajman Police discusses enhancing the quality of police work and developing institutional performance

His Excellency Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police, chaired the meeting of the Permanent Supreme Committee, in the presence of His Excellency Brigadier Sultan Khalifa Al Muhairi, Deputy Commander-in-Chief, and the Directors of Departments, members of the committee, to discuss ways to develop institutional performance and enhance the quality of police work, in keeping with the strategic directions of the leadership. At the beginning of the meeting, His Excellency the Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police welcomed the attendees, praising the efforts of the departments and work teams in achieving the goals and supporting the process of continuous development, stressing the importance of integrating efforts and establishing a culture of excellence, which is reflected in the efficiency of performance and the quality of services provided to the community. The committee discussed a number of topics related to enhancing institutional readiness and applying excellence standards, and reviewed the progress of organizational units in achieving performance indicators and targets for the year 2026. The attendees also discussed improvement opportunities that contribute to raising work efficiency and developing administrative and police practices. The meeting discussed ways to develop the human resources system and enhance the effectiveness of performance evaluation, in a way that supports motivating competencies and appreciating their efforts, establishes a work environment that encourages giving and excellence, and contributes to raising the level of individual and institutional performance. At the conclusion of the meeting, His Excellency Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi stressed the importance of following up on the implementation of improvement and development plans, in a way that contributes to achieving the strategic goals of Ajman Police and supporting its efforts in establishing security and safety and enhancing the quality of life for the community.
