Ajman Police receives a government delegation from the Republic of Serbia to learn about its experience in developing government services

The Ajman Police General Command, represented by the Nuaimiya Comprehensive Police Station, received a government delegation from the Republic of Serbia, as part of the “Training of Trainers in the Field of Government Services” program, organized by the Government Knowledge Exchange Office of the Prime Minister, with the aim of exchanging experiences and learning about the pioneering Emirati experiences in developing government services. The delegation was received by His Excellency Brigadier General Abdullah Saif Al Matrooshi, Colonel Saeed Khalifa Al Ketbi, Director of the Comprehensive Police Stations Department, and Major Rashid bin Hamdan Al Nuaimi, Acting Head of the Nuaimiya Comprehensive Police Station. The visit included a field tour of the Al Nuaimiya Comprehensive Police Station, during which the delegation was briefed on the center’s experience in providing police and government services, and its efforts in developing the customer happiness system, improving the quality of services, and adopting smart and innovative solutions to simplify procedures and improve the customer experience. This visit comes within the framework of enhancing international cooperation and exchanging government knowledge and expertise, which contributes to transferring Emirati experiences and practices to government institutions in the Republic of Serbia, and supports efforts to continuously develop government services.
