Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police inspects Al Jurf Comprehensive Police Station and praises the development of customer experience

HE Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police, commended the efforts of Al Jurf Comprehensive Police Station in enhancing the customer experience. This has been achieved by streamlining service delivery procedures and leveraging smart technologies, which contribute to the swift and accurate processing of transactions, ultimately boosting customer satisfaction and happiness. This came during an inspection visit to the station—part of the Commander-in-Chief’s scheduled inspection program—accompanied by Colonel Ghaith Khalifa Al Kaabi, Director General of Police Operations, and Colonel Mohammed Khalfan Rashid Al Shaali, Head of Al Jurf Comprehensive Police Station. The visit aimed to review operational workflows and service standards, as well as to identify areas for further development and modernization. HE the Commander-in-Chief inspected the reception and customer service areas, reviewing the procedures for providing security, traffic, and community-related services. He praised the staff for their efficiency and skill in receiving the public and addressing their needs, emphasizing that a welcoming approach, clear procedures, and rapid response are essential components of an exceptional experience that strengthens public trust in police services. Furthermore, he examined the digital systems and smart technologies employed at the station, lauding their role in simplifying procedures and enhancing operational efficiency. He underscored the importance of continuing to develop services to align with customer expectations and to support the Ajman Police’s strategic direction toward improving the quality of life. At the conclusion of the visit, His Excellency met with the center’s officers and reviewed the application of annual inspection standards, the implementation of directives from the senior leadership, and the mechanisms for administrative oversight. He commended the staff for their efforts and their commitment to enhancing performance, while emphasizing the importance of continuous improvement to ensure the high quality of services provided to customers.
