Workshop to promote a culture of excellence and operational plans of the management of the institution and penal reform

In the presence of His Excellency Colonel Mubarak Rizzi, Director of penal and correctional institutions, held a strategic management and performance development workshop in the management of the enterprise reform and punitive police Ajman, by Mr. Ghazi Subaihi expert quality and organizational excellence, where the workshop included the foundations of the application of the standards of excellence, as well as to explain how to develop operational plans , and follow-up mechanism implemented, the workshop was attended by the Department of strategy and Performance Development Maj. Sultan Ali Al Muhairi, head of institutional assessment, as well as department heads and managers of the branches in the management of penal and correctional institutions in Ajman.
