A service through which student issues in the emirate's schools are addressed.
Service steps
- Attend the service center or use the electronic app (student issues only)
- Submit a report from the entity responsible for the student (school / college / university, etc.)
- Receive the student case, open a report, receive the official documents, and listen to both parties
- Take the necessary action to resolve the issue or refer it to the competent authority
