Lock Opening Permit
A service that enables customers to obtain an official permit to open a closed residential or commercial premises or safe when the key is lost and access is not possible, provided proof of ownership or legal right of access is submitted.
Service steps
- Log in to the Ajman Police smart app using UAE Pass
- Select the service through the smart app (Security Services - Lock Opening Permit)
- Proceed to the site and conduct the inspection
- Issue a no-objection permit to open safes or closed places

- Copy of Emirates ID or passport

- Official letter from the private entity or authorization
- Copy of the Emirates ID or passport of the authorized person
- Copy of the trade license
