Report Waiver
A service through which a criminal or traffic report is waived by the reporting person or their legal representative.
Service steps
- Attend in person / submit the application through the Ajman Police app
- Present all required documents (in person) / attach all required documents (smart channel)
- Review the application and approve it by the branch manager or his delegate
- Pay the AED 50 fee for the To Whom It May Concern certificate - waiver / for the respondent, if requested
- Issue a To Whom It May Concern certificate

- Emirates ID card or passport
- Official power of attorney if a representative attends on behalf of the entity or institution
- Copy of the valid trade license

- Official power of attorney if a representative attends on behalf of the entity or institution
- Copy of the valid trade license
